They didn't sue to SEC, they sued the NCAA.
Just like Bediako and others across the country.
The SEC was enjoined in the lawsuit later on after "restating existing rules".

The legal chaos at LSU is the direct result of a group of athletes caught in a bureaucratic dead zone, fighting for a fair, one-time correction because the NCAA shifted the goalposts too late.

According to LSU admin and the players themselves that never happened….no what this is about is fear and jealousy.
