The SEC allowed Ole Miss to recruit a player that was enrolled and in classes at Clemson.

The burden of proof is on the SEC and they must prove that no other school engaged in the same behavior.
I'm just not sure how else to explain it to you guys, but the court case is not just another edibility case at a higher level.

That is never going to change in general with all rules - see Chambliss. The SEC lawsuit against LSU has nothing to do with that.
And the case the players made this year for their TRO is much easier to defend/win because of the timing of all of this 5/5 crap.
-SEC drops suit
-Players play /rostered (who really TRULY cares about these guys) - LSU is compelled by courts to roster them
-Change definition of pro to "included name or didn't withdraw name for NFL draft" for future years
-Move on
