I love having with yall parsing words, especially like when some dumbass says Wade was on tape bribing a player or offering money to a player.

I love how LSU fans, you specifically, try to deflect the actual truth.

He was on tape proclaiming he made an offer. He was on tape admitting it wasn't the first time. It does not get any more cut and dry than that.............but keep up the fight.

Nobody’s deflecting lunatik knows that wade paid ok , everyone does. We’re saying that it’s not proof of anything. They need an obvious offer, they need to here the word money or have receipts, I would think.

It’s debatable whether or not they can give violations based on what they have
What’s not debatable and what is fact, is that they don’t have solid proof it was made by that phone call alone

I respect that, I would just remove it all together then , I think Jesus knows that’s code for his name. Kinda like how people say gosh damnit and think that’s good enough

Proof vs speculation ..these things aren’t debateable ,kinda like people that use the word literally wrong or kinda like fact vs opinion

They don’t have jack shite and they know it.

NCAA has had players lie against LSU before and will probably try it again.

NCAA trying to get their ransom - LSU ain't gonna pay it. NCAA extends the date as a last ditch effort to get money out of LSU

If it’s so obvious and so cut and dry then why is the investigation being extended yet again?

Will wade is the face of the scandal. It should be bill self but Kansas is protected. Regardless if it’s so cut and dry and as easy as you say it is then it doesn’t matter if wade is being obstructive they could just punish us. Hell that’s reason to be harsher.

because IARP is investigating about 6 programs at once.

as I posted earlier........

quote:

In a news release, the NCAA revealed that decisions in all six cases, including the one tied to the University of Kansas men’s basketball program, are expected in the next 12 months.

Memphis, North Carolina State, Arizona, LSU and Louisville also are having infractions cases reviewed by the newly formed IARP, which was created specifically to handle complex cases related to the recent FBI investigation into corruption in college basketball recruiting.

The LSU men’s basketball case includes alleged violations involving “at least 13 prospective student athletes and a projected 75 individuals who may have knowledge of, and/or involvement in, the alleged violations," according to a December letter from external investigator Nicole Lamb-Hale and LSU compliance director Bo Bahnsen.

I may be reading it wrong, but that tells me violations have been found.

Guess you missed that pretty significant word ALLEGED in there.
