I’m not sticking up for anyone on this , but people need to understand the difference between proof and someone talking on the phone about an offer that wasn’t accepted

LSU fans apparently don't understand that it is a lv I violation for a coach to offer any illegal benefits. There doesn't have to be a paper trail. There just has to be proof an offer was made. Now getting that info will be a pain in the arse unless they were recorde...............oh wait.

Of course smart was payed to play at lsu. Just like herb Jones or josh primo or the other guy.
Any player in the top100 ain’t coming without payment of some kind. That’s what that audio tells me. He sounded in the recording like he was offering a deal that was in line with what was the norm and smart wasn’t going for it so he was pissed. So either smart gave in or wade went up on his number and got him signed

The only part of the recording that could be considered an impermissible benefit is when he said "the offer was tilted towards the mother." Wade's attorneys are saying that he was referring to a coaching position for the mother's friend. It's complete bullshite. But, it's plausible and within the rules.

I love having with yall parsing words, especially like when some dumbass says Wade was on tape bribing a player or offering money to a player. I think LSU and Wade are in a bunch of trouble.
