Alabama has the pull to get NFL head coaches from premier franchises like the Miami Dolphins and the New York Giants.
No other CFB program could do that.

Very desirable.Bama has won a Natty in Every decade but the 50s and 80s. Bama has Won an SEC Championship in every decade.
