LOL. That's even pre-Big12. A&M was in the SWC then.

LSU is like a swamp retard who won the lottery. Spending hundreds of millions of dollars to lose to ole miss and bama and a&m and uga and ou while their entire state is a dilapidated shite hole.

Imagine your coach running away to a "dilapidated shite hole" at the first chance he got.
What does that say about you?

Left off Ed Orgeron Ole Miss to LSU

He didn't leave the OM head coaching gig for the LSU head coaching gig.

Holtz got canned because he was campaigning for Jesse Helms. Helms, at the time, was leading the move against making Martin Luther King Jr. day a national holiday. Frank Broyles nearly had a stroke over that one.

The worst has to be O getting fired and then winning a Natty at LSU

Hatfield to Clemson
That one stings. Hatfield had the Hogs in the national title picture year after year but Frank Broyles made his life a living hell and he took the Clemson job without even seeing the campus first just to get away.
Broyles was a genius, but at his worst, which happened a lot, he'd make his coaches miserable by meddling in their programs.

I'm aware.
I was pointing out that Holtz didn't leave Arkansas for ND as was stated by the other poster.

Holtz went to Minnesota (from Arkansas) before Notre Dame.

All of which (except Bama) do we have winning records against.
But hey you got Golding now. Surely he was the missing piece to Ole Miss winning it all.

Bear Bryant left Kentucky for A&M, but they weren't SEC yet, that doesn't really count.
Joker Phillips got fired here and hired as WR coach at Florida the next season, so that doesn't really count.
Bill Curry came to Kentucky from Alabama. That counts.
Charlie Bradshaw landed as an assistant at A&M two season after being canned by UK, so that doesn't count.
Chet Wynne left Auburn for Kentucky. That counts.
William Juneau left Texas for Kentucky, but they weren't SEC so doesn't count.
That appears to be all of the potential Kentucky tie ins.

Nick Saban left LSU for the fricken NFL Miami Dolphins.
A mistake.
A mistake.

Wild thinking the domino effect if Drew Brees gets cleared by the Dolphins and signs.
