If so, it seems crazy he would risk that in less than 3 weeks after surgery.

It's an ankle sprain. Of course it can get worse if it's not completely healed

I doubt it, they will basically put it in a cast it will be taped up so good I doubt anything further could happen to it.

No. That's the actual reason this surgery was created. It provides extra stability and to recover faster.

Tightrope procedure and heavy tape combined will prevent any further injury.

It's an ankle sprain. Even if he hadn't had the tightrope procedure done, what's the worst that would happen? He tweaks it and can't continue the game? His ankle isn't going to fall off.

This isn’t even a shot. How soft have we become that a player playing on an ankle sprain is considered some horrible abuse. Seriously how many of you over 30 that played high school football at least never sprained an ankle had it taped up and played on it. I mean we did that all the time. Now it’s. considered almost inhuman.

No, not with the tight rope surgery. The surgery makes it almost impossible to sprain again.

Who knows? Saban goes from it being nothing to being a sprain to him having surgery that's unusual for a sprain to him being back Wednesday to him being a no show. Saban probably even brought him back from the hospital during the game for show to sell the lies.

I get what you’re saying and I feel the same way; however, why did he have to leave the field in a damn ambulance over an ankle sprain? Are we that dramatic now? Just trying to avoid traffic?

When did Saban say it was nothing?

It's pretty usual at Alabama

He wasn’t a no show. He practiced Wednesday but saban didn’t let him go out until the media viewing period was over which was five minutes in to practice. That said he will be n where’s close to 100%, but like I said earlier. We played on taped up ankles all the time in the 90s.

He was going to the football ops building to use the more advanced equipment they don't have in the stadium. The ambulance (I've actually read it wasn't an ambulance, but it doesn't really matter) was just to get him there without traffic issues.

Did the same thing earlier in the year with DJ Dale.

Well that is what was strange. He played two more downs and got up after the hit and walker without a limp. I guess they wanted an MRI just to make sure and it’s quicker with an ambulance so he could get there and back quicker would be my guess. Don’t get me wrong he is absolutely vital to Alabama’s success. Mac Jones is a very good QB but we’re likely not beating this LSU team without Tua. I think Mac is good enough to beat every other team in our schedule except maybe Auburn.

Sure. Or it could not become worse.

Saban had a voodoo princess flown in Sunday night. I heard she was from Harvey or maybe Golden Meadow?
Anyway she made a magic elicitor which she lathered on Tuas Legs from the knee down. 100% will work or money back.
Also was seen going into Sabans office by the back door. Could have been there to work on his strain. Or maybe not. But she was later seen driving a new Mercedes. With a roll tide sticker on the back bumper.

Who cares? Tua's a man... he seems to have a good head on his shoulders and he's got a say in what he does with his life/health. If he gets reinjured... that's part of the game.
