Vance did amazing last night, but one proposal I have differences with. It seems he is proposing government participation and funding of child care through refundable credits etc. This would just raise the price of child care similar to governments guaranteeing college tuition loans or credits for EV purchases. Why not leave this to localities to add child care facilities to their elementary schools if that is desired in the particular community?
