So by your logic, if AU beats UGA this season does that mean UGA is unable to beat AU?

Yes.

what a dumb question given the way this game has played out over the last 8-9 yrs.

I think you'd trade your past wins over the last 8-9 years for the ability to have won at least one SEC championship game within the last 8-9 years.

It will be just like the past 2 years. Just another program like Tennessee and Nebraska still living in the past.

Correct. Winning the East goes through Missouri.

It doesn't matter what happens , Richt is safe. UGA fans are ok with being second tier.

UGA has to be the favorite to win the East. Despite recent under achievements. Even so, the seat doesn't get warm if the recruiting is solid

Tenn i think has another year before they become a real threat.

Probably but the last 2 games in the series have been decided by a combined total of 6 pts and one of those games went to overtime. If you make it the last 3 it's a combined total of 13pts. And consider: out of those 3 seasons only 1 of those UT teams managed to make a bowl. I don't expect UGA to take Tennessee lightly given recent history (I know we certainly won't be taking them lightly).

For whatever reason, TENN-UGA has been a very competitive game despite UT being exceptionally undermanned the past three meetings. Honestly, TENN vs UGA is one of the funnest games of the year, imo and has been for a long time. It's a series I've always enjoyed - lots of energy without a lot of meanspiritedness between fans.

I want to hear more about this "most experienced D in the SEC" stuff. Is that a fact?

UGA is clearly a class above everyone else in the East. The other remaining contenders are on the same tier sans I'd say UTK.

He really does have to get that done at the very least. He has assembled a very good coaching staff top to bottom finally and it should be a good year for us.

be the strength of the unit. We are breaking in two new ilbs and they are young.

Both our ilb's are juniors and the backups are a sr transfer from uab and a frosh. Of course Floyd will play there too.

Not sure about that, UGA went all in, through, and around Mizzou in Columbia and lost to UF to giftwrap Mizzou the division. Sounds like WLOCP, and the bed UGA shat in there, decided the east.

Why does this matter to you?

It's no sweat off your back or anyone else on here if he stays or goes.

Isn't it time for Texas A & M to give up football?

Please enlighten me on the last championship of any kind for A & M.

That's Georgia' biggest problem. I've never seen worse and more fraudulent fans.

Yea,because we're the ones on here claiming we're a better team than someone who got their asses whipped AT HOME by 34 points.

The very definition of fraudulent and delusional.
