Sort of like AU's built in coping mechanism in dealing with their inability to beat UGA?

Well, consider this... UGA and auburn have the same number of national titles in the past 50 years. Yet, we're your superior academically. I say we have the edge.

So then everyone in the league is tied for the most experienced defense if you're going by that standard. He was wrong. You don't have to help your aggy friend out.

Don't forget their, "Auburn was my safety school" tag line. That really gets their rocks off.

No, AU is nothing more than a fairly low stepping stone with marginal academics and a lot of scorned metro ATL kids that wish they were in the UGA student section.

Someone didn't get the memo.

lol, you tried to hard.

Seriously though if UGA doesn't win the East this year I don't see how they could possibly keep Richt. That said, there is almost no way they won't win the East.

If you are going to have "coping mechanisms" championships are pretty good ones to lean on.

Just saying. Everything I've read points to yall having a really solid d line and exceptional linebacker corps who all have at least one seasons experience. Only potential liability is he secondary, but even they grade out well.

I wish that was the case for me. I'd be a much happier football fan during the last 13 years.

And Richt is probably going to bring in his best recruiting class of all time. Firing him would be so stupid this year unless we win 8 games or less.

Tenn i think has another year before they become a real threat.
Mizzou has a lot to replace
UF yall will roll
I think SCAR will be scrappy but wont have it all together by week 3
I think it all lays within QB play and how fast yalls front line on D steps up, yall are alot like us and have plenty of options every where on the field. UGA does wonders with their plug n play as well. I'll be paying attention

Isn't it time for Richt to go?

If Georgia ever wants to do anything besides winning the East (and they haven't been doing that all that often considering the pile of garbage the East has been at times) he needs to go

You've heard wrong about the DL. We return 0 starters but we are hoping for some to step up.

Olbs will be the strength of the unit. We are breaking in two new ilbs and they are young.

Dbs will be okay. We return two full time starters at safety and one part time starter at corner.

You did a good job of getting everyone stirred up and for that I will give you a hearty But, you had better worry about your own overpaid, underachieving coach getting fired at the end of the season.

If Georgia doesn't win the East this year, then they never will. And I'm dead serious. This includes 100 years down the road too.

Isn't the series tied at 55-55-8?
So by your logic, if AU beats UGA this season does that mean UGA is unable to beat AU?
