Brown missed the first of two FTs with 0:08 to go. "Gotta make your FTs!" says every coach and dad in basketball history!
Unless you're Houston. They dont gwt called for anything.
The refs, and I am a 20 year HS officiating veteran, really did let Houston push, grab, shove, clutch, amd more without calling fouls on them. If Houston gets reffing like that, which they usually do, with Sampson crying from the tip, they will go far again. Their "defense" is basically fouling the other team so much, that the refs cannot call everything. They push it to the limit on every play.
I agree they could go one and done, but they have shown they could beat Miami and Purdue. We have beaten better teams this year than both. M-I-Z

Mizzou, a #10, goes to the Lou!

Hahaha, that worked out for Mizzou. All the First Four talk made me think they'd get Miami(OH) in Dayton. What a nice break! M-I-Z
Miami blows. Akron beats them in CLE, or they would have in Akron. Didn't get a return game in regular season. Miami has played two D2, and a D3 team. Schedule is terrible. They could win some home games, maybe, in SEC, but I live in Akron, see a lot of MAC ball, and it isnt close to SEC level. Someone will spank the MAC champ in 1st round.

Moving up, especially if they can win thw next two at OU and home against Arky. That'd be 8 of last 10, with wins over @A&M, Vandy, Tenner, Arky, and 5 road wins in that span. We would be ranked in T25. I think they could move up.

Mizzou has locked up their bid with a huge arse whooping going on at Moo St currently. This gives them 10 SEC wins with two to play. Win at OU, and beat Arky at home for 22-9, 12-6 SEC. Enough for a 6-7 seed?

3 of these teams(Mizzou, A&M, Auburn) wont get dinged with a loss to Bama with Bediako, when the COMMITTEE discusses their resumes.

After beating Tenner last night, Mizzou is up to 37 in WAB, with 5 Q1s, including 3 Q1A wins. Also beat fellow bubble teams Auburn, Kentucky, and A&M head up.

Of this list, Mizzou has won at Kentucky and A&M. With the win against UTk last night, we should be in with one more SEC win(@MSU, @OU, ARKY), which would make us 10-8 minimum with some very good wins amd no bad losses.
36 fouls and 48 free throws, combined. Yuck!

The fouls on our PG, Barrett, really hurt the D today. The refs were terrible, both ways! And, I am rarely critical of officials, as I have reffed HS ball for 17 years, but they didnt have a great game.
Didn't expect a win today, but saw enough to know, Mizzou can definitely take Arky in COMO on Senior Day. Good game Hogs!
TB cannot hold Mitchell's jock!
Refs in Fayettenam looking to hand this game to the Pigs!
Mizzou has beaten Auburn this year. Plus wins at home against Florida and Vandy, and road wins at Kentucky and A&M. 2 huge Q1A wins. Two more anywhere and we are in! M-I-Z
Except we have wins over Vandy and Florida at home, and A&M and Kentucky on the road!
