OOC most SEC teams pull for one another....it maybe difficult at the time, but in the end they know that it is best for the conference and their school.
In conference, they would like nothing more than rip your head off and empty their bowels down your neck.

You're not wrong. Outside of the shite posts, overall conference success is better for us.

That's crap. I grew up in an SEC family - which is why I'm here - and I can tell you they despise one another.
I've watched parents refuse to pay tuition to their kids school if they decided to attend a rival college. I've seen best friends who went to rivals schools get into fistfights over nothing. It's just stupid.
But not only does the SEC care about college football, they at least realized that they need one another on some level - this is what nobody in the old SWC or current Big XII gets. It's always been 'frick you give me my money.'
Nobody in the PAC 12 outside of maybe USC really cares about college football, the Big Ten is in the wrong place geographically to get recruits, and the ACC is a basketball conference at heart. The SEC views the measure of their academics on where they place in their division - the better football team means the better school.
I'm just sayin'. It ain't mutual respect. It's mutual interest interests, big difference.

I’ve been to Michigan, Ohio state (for the Michigan game), and Texas (for your so sacred thanksgiving game that you pawned your little brother off on us, thanks btw) and they were all pretty average experiences overall when compared to a typical SEC game. And I’m not trying to troll. Y’all obviously have gotten it done on the field and ESPN loves you and your teams have great history. But when it comes to supporting your school, the SEC is just plain better. The average SEC fan is just leagues above the average Big10/12 Pac12 ACC fan.

It feels different because in the Big 12, there were like two interesting road games. Everything else was less than meh.

I can honestly say I don't hate any school in the SEC. I don't really like any schools from the SEC outside of a couple I pull for though.
When it comes to football the only team over then Arkansas that I am truly grateful for is Ole Miss. The BlackRebelBears go above and beyond the call of duty in finding ways to lose to us. Ole Miss is the friend that will drive across three state lines and spend their last dime bailing you out of jail. God bless them.
