LSU has won the SEC 5 times since A&M last won a conference championship (Big 12) in 1998.
LSU has won 4 national championships since A&M last won one, which occurred the same year Hitler invaded Poland.
Since A&M joined the SEC, LSU leads the series 8-3.

I’m hardly in full meltdown. I’m interested in seeing how well Jimbo and Petrino work together. It’ll take quite an adjustment from both of them for this thing to go the way you want it to.
