It was to limit travel. US soccer requested the west coast specifically for that. Now by virtue of winning the group, they won’t need to leave the west coast until the semifinals in Dallas if they get that far.

I think we automatically get the 3rd place team from group B if that team qualifies as one of the 8 third place teams to advance. Bosnia isn’t there currently.

He’s obnoxious mostly and painful to listen to. He sometimes tells hard truths that are important to articulate, but he mostly drowns out his positive side with his annoying side.

People are incredibly misinformed on this. The U.S. never could have played England on July 4 given how the bracket was laid out.

Tunisia is bad, but Japan looks like a possible QF team to me.
If the U.S. is in the game, the pricing won’t drop.
Dutch may have a real chance to win it all if they play like that.
