Anyone who says Johnson should be fired is silly. That said, the crappiness of this year’s team is his fault and he deserves the associated criticism.
BK wasted a national best offense last year with a generationally poor defense. He deserves shite for wasting a top 3 QB season all time for LSU....

They’ve been shite for months. They beat bottom table teams and get thrashed by anyone with a pulse. Villa away was an exception.
The defending on corners is comically bad. Whoever is in charge of that needs immediate walking papers....

That 1997 team may have been better than the Packers, and they would have had a shot vs the Broncos in the SB if Rice was healthy....

It literally does not matter. He is the best coach in the country and UConn is the premiere program for more than a quarter century and he knows it. He can douche it up and no one can stop it....

It will never be the same, that’s for sure.
But as long as people keep watching, they’ll allow the athletes to extract value without guardrails. Kill the TV contracts because people stop watching, and it crumbles. That’s the only way....

They’re insane.
They came from nowhere to largely dominate the sport over the last 25 years. Kevin Ollie won a national championship at UConn. He makes Orgeron look like Lombardi....
