Paying someone to place bets on your football team

Excited for the follow up in a couple years where LSU bets the win total under so they can pay Kiffin’s buyout.

Kiffin thinks hes above everything else. This is just the facts. It will either work out or it wont.

Hes a high risk high reward kind of guy.

Saban was the opposite which is why them working together was so polarizing.

Saban didnt like boasting or talking out or bending rules.

Kiffin likes to strap rocket launchers to a bicycle and peddle that motherfricker in a school zone.

Kiffin has nothing to do with the article in the OP. Did you read it? The article is about a third-party placing bets to hedge against potential bonus payments to Kiffin if he hits certain milestones. It also mentions South Carolina doing the same.

Kiffin has become the ultimate boogeyman on this board. Everything is his fault.

Yeah. “Game Point Capital” is listed in the article as being the likely sports insurance company involved. So it’s most likely them hedging the payouts. I wonder how much they get paid to provide insurance for these payouts.

I wouldn’t be surprised to start seeing large “bets”(I’m not sure if they are called that on Kalshi) right before a coach is fired. If they allow that kind of money on these prediction markets.

So basically you’re saying he’s just peddling a bike through a school zone? I see plenty of people doing that every morning when I drop my son off for school.

So short of him being a super amazing athlete, he can’t be going more than 15-20 MPH unless he’s going down hill. Not to mention the rockets would be heavy so he probably wouldn’t even be going that fast on flat ground.
