If you dont think neither Leach or Kiffin is going to work but Pittman will, you are going to be very disappointed when Kiffin and Leach last longer than Pittman.

That’s a bold prediction! To predict that 2 of the weakest 3 division teams will not pass up the other teams...bold call. Same with Arky, the odds are against Pitman. Likewise in the East the chances that Mizzou, Vandy, SC or UK are long term top 2 East teams avg 9 wins are low. The key is Ole Miss and MS did the best thing possible, energized their fanbase and hope the spark becomes a fire...and even if it ends in a blaze of glory they entertained us which is really all we can ask for isn’t it?

Leach is going to fail so bad. This reminds me of Mississippi State fans talking shite after they hired Howland in hoops years ago. Howland hasn't done shite and they want him fired.

Leach has never been a good recruiter. You can pretty much expect for his classes to be ranked outside the top 25 on some years. Heck, don't be surprised if one of his classes is composed of nothing but 3* players. Ole Miss will be winning all the recruiting battles, for sure.
Leach is a straight up "system" coach who doesn't really care about getting the 5 star players. He finds guys that can run his offense and puts them through a rigorous Strength and Training program. It's a system that has worked for him. His plan is to wear teams down with his offense. Teams who don't have depth or are caught off-guard usually succumb to his offense.

It's going to take some time, for sure. Seeing how MSU only gave Moorhead two years, I'm not sure the patience is there tbh. It took him a while to get it going at WSU.
If Leach makes is past year 4, then I think he will be there for a while.

I also like Mike Leach and I think he will get some converts politically from the conservative African American community in Mississippi. But it only takes one or two whiners to cause major trouble, and that's probably coming sooner rather than later
But hell the quicker Leach gets fired then that's the sooner I can vote for him for Congress so to that's a win win
