This is Saban, next year, after the SEC Championship game loss: "We just lost sight of what was important to us. The LSU game took a lot out of us this year, and we didn't have the mental focus we needed."

He might as well just use it every year. I can't believe he even said it once, that's all it took.

Started the 2017 season off vs the #3 team. The two years prior to that were started against ranked OOC teams

Old Rabern won't acknowledge that Bama does play MSU/LSU/Tennessee/and very likely UGA just like Bama played them all last year.... Of course Bama actually beat those same 4 teams and Auburn lost to everyone of them.

I think Tua is a gifted individual, but I do not believe he is T. Lawrence gifted by no stretch of the imagination. I said all year that if Tua gets up against a good secondary he will get picked....He thre a lot of risky balls...even early in the season opener....the first TD i think he threw against louisville, Most coaches wouldve had a come apart at him throwing that...but bad Defense and a great WR. He has so much talent at the WR spot it makes it easy.

I don't want to see. Have a feeling it won't be pleasant for a lot of us

LSU hasn't recovered from 21-0.

And never will.

You were saying this last year too. Don't you get tired of being wrong?

Yep. Some extra funds will have to be pumped into that SEC officiating office, and more brand new dodge chargers will need to be churned out of those Alabama dealerships to make that recovery as smooth as possible.

Bama will finish undefeated in conference play as long as Tua is healthy.

It is highly plausible that they lose a seven OT game this year.

LSU has lost how many in a row to Bama? How will you ever recover?

Our season, as it did last year, hinges on Tua’s health. Period.

That being said, Taulia is no slouch. I think we could take most of the SEC with Taulia

Cool story. Still doesn't explain how LSU fans can talk smack to a team for losing in the title game when they haven't been there for how long?
