No danger of that with that middle school schedule CU plays. Best not slip up, one loss and you don't make it in, no way

No LSU fan does, then in November you get curb stomped again.

Alabama's problem is the loss of so many assistants. While the team has talent at every position, the lack of consistency of coaches showed last year. Alabama out talented every team they played but when Clemson, with the same amount of talent, showed up it became dependent on coaching experience, and for the moment Alabama was lacking. If Coach Saban fixes that, God help everybody again.....

Besides the pattern now is Alabama wins the NC one year, loses it the next, wins it again the next year.

Coach Saban will win at least 2 more NC before retiring at Alabama

I'm just wondering what blackmail material Dabo has on his guys to keep them there :)

"Hey Coach, I got an offer to become the HC at Purdue..."
"Oh yeah? Remember that hot chick you tried to pick up last month?"
"I don't know what that has to do..."
"Her name is Chuck, and I got her contact info for you."
"... Where's my next stop on the recruiting trail, sir?"

It's not like LSU really recovered from 21-0.

and before you respond with weak shite like "77-0", that's not even in the same context.

2011 LSU had a chance to be considered one of the greatest teams of all time had they won the rematch.

Other examples that fit if the OP's point is valid:

Arkansas: Bobby Petrino

Auburn: Either the BCS Title Game loss to Florida State or the SEC Title game loss to Georgia.

Florida: Losing Tebow's final SEC Title game to Alabama in 2009.

Georgia: 3rd and 26 against Alabama in the Title Game

Kentucky: Not sure as they've never really had a zenith in football

LSU: 21-0

Mississippi State: Ole Miss 2014

Missouri: Either the loss to Oklahoma in the 2007 Big 12 title game or the loss to Auburn in the 2013 SEC title game

Ole Miss: 2003 LSU

South Carolina: 2014 A&M game

Tennessee: Fulmer's last season

Texas A&M: 21-13 loss to Colorado in 1995 or the 51-6 loss to Oklahoma in 1999

Vanderbilt: Not sure

Since then:

LSU = 0 national title losses
Alabama = 2 national title losses

Explain that Eisenstein!

You make it way too easy.

Title games that Alabama has appeared in since 21-0: 5 (won 3)

Title games that LSU has appeared in since 21-0: 0 (Conference or National)
