re: Not SEC, but it could have impact: Washington vs. Oregon starting now on ABC

I get you brother but I'm just saying a pac 12 champion is going so why have a 1 lose one go and have another 1 lose maybe have a 10 percent chance of getting in.

Looks at the playoff committee I count 7 people here that have an acc or pac 12 connection either by going to college there or working in those conferences you do not want 2, 1 lose pac 12 teams LINK

Then why is Oregon ahead of bama right now? The playoff committee loves the pac 12. If Oregon losses that completely elimates them from the conversation. If Oregon wins then you have a playoff committee that loves both of those teams and they will consider both of them to go to the playoffs. Either way a pac 12 team is going to the playoffs because this committee loves the pac 12. I agree most people would rank a sec team above them. But this isn't most years.

Let's revisit this thread after the SECC game.
I agree with you there. I am thinking Georgia will win that game by controlling the clock and smash mouth football. Fromm is a good QB too. He will have a great game against LSU defense. Hell if Ole Miss can score on them, you better believe Georgia can score that much.

Nope, this new offense is here to stay and if you don't run it, you get outscored every week.
I disagree Georgia runs pro-style and they are doing just fine. There are benefits not running the spread offense and I can't wait for the day we go back to running a full pro style offense. We are not wearing down defenses anymore and resting our defense on our offensive possessions. This was a major benefit when we played the auburns, texas a&m, Florida and Mississippi state.

Alabama will win 7 games this year. I see them going 4-4 in conference play.
You were saying this last year too. Don't you get tired of being wrong?

LMAO worth what? You didn't win any championships at all during that time frame. Hell you didn't even win a division. How was it worth it?

You people are so full of shite it’s hilarious. You think you somehow contribute to the program and take credit like you’re better in life because of it.
Saban is literally the best thing that ever happened to your shite hole state.
Regardless of who wins tomorrow the state of Alabama will always be a piece of shite.
Must suck to know your shitty state will never accomplish what my shitty state has in college football. It also must suck to know we have produced two of the greatest college football coaches in history. Both combined for 11 national championships won in this state soon to be 12. How many has Choke U won?

Well, it's certainly why we have such horrendous trade deficits with countries across the globe. But this isn't about politics. It's about Alabama not being as good as everyone thinks.
Think of all the people killed in the name of freedom since Alabama toppled Oklahoma last. The numbers are in the millions.
Your one sad dude. How does one have anything to do with the other? Have some respect.

You want Bama but you wouldn't take Florida. Maybe you should talk to your AD.

I have notice officers care more about it then enlisted. Do we support them sure but really don't keep up with it. However, since its our service yes we like them. I figure it has more to do with that they are just not big programs and they our not typically successful on the national landscape of college football. If they were perhaps like a UCF, Boise State, and TCU. Perhaps I would care more. Do I support them and like them, sure but I don't necessarily follow them.

This is one thing you can damn sure say about our fanbase....we are out in full force, win or lose.
You must have not been around during the shula years. We had some of the worst losing seasons and still sold out Bryant Deny and the fan base was still excited about each season and following all the games.
re: What about it Jalen Hurts graduates in December and transfers to Auburn
Posted by oneusairman on 7/21/18 at 1:02 pm
Umm may want to look at what his stats are against top 25 teams. Hell, I will help you. You can expand that to top 50 and they wont get much better. Hurts can't read defenses in the pocket and make accurate reads on plays. They had to dumb him down to half field reads and he still couldn't make those. If he wants any chance in the NFL he will need to change positions.

You do realize that Jalen most likely is transferring within the next couple of months. No one in the entire state is second guessing whose next year starter is going to be. Every year Alabama has competition at every position this is how saban coachs, being an LSU fan I would think you would know that by now. Also seems to have worked out pretty well for Saban so for since idk 5 out of 9 since 2008.
