Mike Price never lost a game at Alabama

Washington’s coach seems like a pretty good candidate

Whichever one is more amenable at taking out the opponents QB to win a game.

hopefully not Demeco Ryans.. it’s amazing what he has done in Year 1 for the Texans

Wrong. Mike Price or Dennis Franchione.

Seriously though, I can’t imagine many coaches will be itching to follow what Saban has done. That’s a monumental standard to be held to.

The melt on this board would be so epic if Bama got BK.

Who gives a frick?
If you fail miserably, you would still walk away with an eight figure (even high eight figure) buyout.
I would rather some fans say mean things about me on Finebaum while I'm sitting on a beach in the Caribbean a week after my firing than have to figure out another way to pay the mortgage or put food on the table for my kids - which is a pressure a lot of coaches all over the country deal with.

I'd take the gumps over the liberal weirdos in Austin any day.

Kiffin is a good coach but too soft to keep what’s going on there going. As an OC under a hardass he’s fine.
What Saban has done won’t easily be replicated. Somehow he has gotten all the bad asses on the same page since he’s been there, that’s not easy to do.

I hope it’s Kiffin. He will never win a big game. Maybe he’ll get his 4th 10 win season ever in his pretty mediocre career.
