A&M has way better facilities than Texas. Has a way better stadium than Texas. Has a wayyyy better fan base than Texas (the kind that gets fricked up at the tail gate and then leaves at half time)
People give shite about A&Ms campus looking outdated. Forget to mention that it’s basically on an “island” and there’s tons of room for it to expand.
College Station revolves around the university. Pretty much brand new student housing everywhere.
While Austin is literally a liberal shite hole. Austin is fun when you’re an adult with money, not a broke college student. The campus is literally in a shite area. Hobo heaven. I guess the tower and orange roofing is cool. 6th Street is way better than North Gate, but also more dangerous.
Texas has better academics. But they’re about the same in terms of alumni network and getting a job.
Better pray you will be stuck in the pod with OU, Arkansas, Missouri….

I doubt that. Also, if okie state backs out of a matchup with ou because they’re feelings are hurt, we’re talking LSU/ou, aTm/Texas potential matchups. That’s a serious weekend.

That would be the only thing, but there is no way Oklahoma State in Oklahoma don’t play on Thanksgiving, remember it was the horns that backed out of our Thanksgiving game or we never would’ve started that rivalry with you

What is crazy is that the Aggies didn’t see this coming ten years ago.
The only thing that could have ever saved them was if Texas decided to go Big 10 or PAC.
It was pretty clear to me that Texas could pull that lever almost any time they wanted to. I wasn’t sure about Oklahoma but like it or not Texas is a big get for anyone.

Have you ACTUALLY met a Texas fan that believes that? Just because our friends in College Station keep repeating that we believe that, doesn't mean we believe it. Texas will be competitive. How long that adjustment takes is yet to be seen, but it won't be from Day 1.
