I like Hoover and the Met but sometimes I wish the SEC would rotate the tourney among different cities such as Atlanta, Nashville, New Orleans, DFW, etc.

Why has there not been a "move SEC tournament" thread yet? Have I missed it?
It’s discussed at this time just about every year. I think most are in favor of it rotating.

If I'm driving hours away to watch multiple games of baseball throughout a long weekend, I would love to be able to have a beer while watching a game at some point - There is just something incredibly American about that.
But if i am planning a trip hours away to watch a baseball tournament, why wouldn't I just go to Omaha. LSU has fans there whether LSU makes it or not.
Typically people do drink more while they are on a leisure trip, rather than just watching a game on the couch at home. Asking the question in a way to make it seem like I'm an alcoholic is definitely some sissy ole miss behavior, wouldn't expect anything less from yall though.

I totally agree but there were those on here that wanted it anywhere but Hoover. Imagine parking downtown Memphis for day games at AutoZone. That was everyone's first pick. Then there was Pensacola, Frisco and Biloxi. I'm sure there were others.
Yeah, that sounds like a terrible idea. MEMPHIS?!?
I'll remain in favor of leaving things as they are. Hoover is a great facility and a great college baseball town. No complaints here.

I've wanted to go for yrs, but the lack of beer in the stadium really lowers my interest
Sounds like somebody might need to contact a local AA chapter.
For the down voters, you can’t go three hours without a beer? If they didn’t have hotdogs would that be a reason to not attend?

Bricktown is in Oklahoma City.

Nothing wrong with Bham but rotate the thing like they rotate hoops so people can experience it.

How convenient for all the gumps to attend and watch their pathetic baseball team lose it every year

Problem is there’s only what…. 5 or 6 stadiums even capable of hosting the thing… assuming you mean in campus arenas. The superdome or MB stadium… well… that would suck balls. Take all the experience out of it, if that makes sense.

It is strange, people here ridicule Missouri and Tennessee stadiums for being horrible. They say fans and players should be embarrassed. But then they turn around and say they think the tournament should go back to rotating between SEC stadiums. Over 10% of the time the conference tournament would be held in venues the Rant says are horrible and embarrassing. That makes no sense.

Yah see.... there's your obsession. A thread about Hoover hosting the SEC Tournament and CPTDALTON makes a comment about LSU.
Boy you can keep LSU or it's dick out of your mouth.

Are you even capable of civil discussion? It appears all you are capable of is having emotional tantrums. I can’t recall the last time I saw one of your posts where you weren’t emotionally hurling insults at someone because they hurt your feelings sometime in the past.

Wonder how long it will remain when the league office moves to Texas.

Only stadiums that could actually host are ole miss, state, arky and lsu. Nobody else can put 10,000 people in the stands, can they?

Excuse me? You're talking about DANGEROUS HOOVER ALABAMA

Probably when they admit a few west coast schools into the SEC. They will say DFW is more centrally located for the league.

You should really stop talking about yourself.
You're incapable of answering questions and afraid to admit your LSU obsession.
