Agree on both counts.
As far as this new song goes, I am not a fan of rap, but this kind of works as a musical background intro. I don't hate it.

That's the College Gameday intro song.
"High Noon" is the anthem they will be playing for intros to games, promos of other games on ESPN/ABC, etc...has nothing to do with College Gameday.
