All you can do is win the games you play.
The Georgia Tech game was scheduled when they were really good. No way to predict that they would decline.
This coming from a State alum/fan.

That said, the next 5 games will be very difficult.

One thing is certain though. Kentucky fans will remain butthurt.

I'm not butthurt at all, in cheering for Ole Miss the rest of the way.

Btw if ole Miss goes for the field goal it's still only a six point game so I have no idea why you're bringing that up.

It was 14-0 at half. Ole Miss was up 21-0. You guys scored 21 in junk time.

Ole Miss was up 21-0. You guys couldn’t score 21 until the 3rd quarter.

we can rephrase that person's statement as one procedure flag on the irrelevant backside WR from losing that game for accuracy.

Or those forced turnovers and our O not executinglike they should…..I mean if you want to play the “but game”…..

Six is more than three. If we don’t get the turnover you could have kicked a fg to send it to OT.

But again, had the refs properly called the facemask you never see the ball again.

For sure. We could go anywhere from 5-0 to 0-5.

You cite all those personnel losses but who on this schedule should you feasibly have lost to in a rebuild season? Like when you look at your schedule and think man we're 7-0 that's impressive, we could have been X-X. What's a realistic worst case?

Georgia tech beat Pitt who Desmond Howard had in his playoff so that’s got to count for something right?

Ole Miss was losing to Vandy at halftime. You really want to do this?

It was scheduled in 2016 and GT had just won 11 games and then 9 games two of the previous three years. So they were certainly decent then.
