I remember watching LSU-Cocks tie in 1995 I think. Wasn’t there though.

1991 Mizzou / Indiana ended 27-27. Honestly, I don't really remember it - probably because...
a) It was a long time ago, and I'm getting old (there - you aged me a bit)
b) Alcohol was (necessarily) present in vast quantities
c) It was early 90s Mizzou football - I have spent a lifetime trying to forget that period.
Apparently it was actually a good game - Mizzou tied the game with a TD and 2pt conversion with less than a minute left.

Contrast that to the 1984 OU-Texas game... where OU got an INT in the end zone that wasn't allowed and Texas kicked a field goal to tie.
At the end of that game... OU fans were livid and Texas fans were acting like they had won. And the funny part is that many OU fans that were at the game didn't even realize that OU had intercepted in the end zone because it happened on the Texas end. We were still pissed off about the fumble recovery we didn't get a few plays before that. LOL.

When I was a kid I went to watch an Auburn vs arkansas game there in fayetteville (beautiful area btw) but it was like a 3-0 game or something like that.

Auburn Tennessee game in 1990 was a tie, and it was an awesome game. I was a sophomore at Auburn then, and I remember that Auburn came back from two or three TDs down to tie it up. Tennessee had us on the ropes for most of the game, so the comeback was pretty awesome.

That is wrong. You must not remember the 80's well, because it seemed Ole Miss had a tie game about every year. 1981 the aforementioned LSU 27-27 game on Halloween in Jackson. 1984, 14-14 vs Arkansas in Little Rock. 1985, 17-17 season opener at Memphis Stats, and 1986, 10-10 bs Arkansas State in Oxford. I remember when I was at State we tied Arky State in 93 on Homecoming. I think it was 15-15. Again, thank God I didn't go. The next year we beat the tee total hell out of them. I think it was 49-3. Never went to a tie game. Went to the 91, Ole Miss vs LSU game in Jackson which LSU won 25-22. Ole Miss blew a 14-3 halftime lead and had the ball around their own 40 late in the game. We all thought we might see a tie, but the Rebs were stopped on downs.

I was at LSU vs Nebraska opening game in 76. 6-6 tie. Felt like a win as Nebraska was highly ranked.

I was at both the 85 Bama game and the 87 Ohio State game. The ties in each were preserved by game ending field goal misses (by LSU in the Bama game and by tOSU in the other one.)
In the Ohio State game, LSU was set up to kick a go-ahead field goal when Tommy Hodson threw a completely ill-advised interception in the red zone.
The Ohio State game was also the loudest daytime home game I attended. Buckeye head coach Earle Bruce tried some gamesmanship in the pregame (running the team out late to avoid boos) that led to his QB Tom Tupa not being able to get the first play of the game snapped due to the crowd noise in front of the student section.
It goes in the record books as a tie, but it felt like a loss that we should have won.

We hosted Ohio State. 13-13 tie.

The one and only tied game I attended was LSU at South Carolina in 1995, LSU 20, South Carolina 20.

Offhand, I recall attending two, both A&M vs Baylor games (1983 at Waco, and 1990 at Kyle).
Now, in Texas, ties in high school football playoffs were interesting because they were decided based on stats, usually by the first tie breaker, that being "penetrations" -- how many times you crossed your opponents 20 yard line (or maybe it was how many times you had a possession where you snapped the ball at least once inside the 20). After that, it was first downs, then total yards, so the guy keeping states on the sidelines was actually very important.
