10-15 years Burrow and maybe Jefferson will join that list. Chase only played two seasons but he’s definitely worthy.
What exactly has Joe Burrow done to indicate he is having a Hall of Fame career?

Burrow wouldn't survive Derrick Thomas.

Patrick Peterson should be joining them in 2028. 3x First Team All Pro, 8x Pro Bowler, 2010's All Decade Team.

Bo Jackson and Herschel Walker are not in the Hall of Fame?

Derek Thomas still has the most sacks in a single season (27). Let that sink in. He did that in 1988.

CFB HOF yes but Pro Football HOF no. Bo 100% would've been in the Pro Football HOF if he could've played a full career. Walker maybe would have too had he started off in the NFL. Although the voters won't ever say they exclude non-NFL/AFL accomplishments, they pretty much only look at it when it comes to voting. At most they'll mention the USFL or CFL accolades in a person's HOF bio

Nope, Both great college players and worthy of College HOF. IMO, neither had a NFL HOF career.

I remember watching him sack a Seahawks QB 7 times....in one game.

Although Charlie Conerly should be in the NFL HOF and so should Archie Manning's testicles.
Gene Hickerson not being in the college HOF is a head scratcher. Dude was one of the best guards in his generation.

Hutson Greatest Reciever of his era
Newsome Greatest TE of his era
Derrick Thomas best LB pass rusher I have seen
John Hannah Greatest Guard of any era
Joe Burrowns...not even the top QB playing right now
oops hit post before I commented..

Patrick Peterson has a better chance right now than any of those three. Jefferson isn't going to make the college football HOF more than likely.
Peterson put up numbers and accolades at both levels.
College:
2x AA (unanimous in 2010)
Thorpe Award
Bednarick Award
NFL:
3x 1st Team All Pro
8x Pro Bowl
All Decade team

Sure he would. LSU OL would just tackle Thomas every play like they did Derrick Brown.
Yep... still sour.

You think Joe Burrow will end up in the NFL Hall of Fame?

Those are LSU’s six NFL hall of fame inductees. But none of them are also in the college football hall of fame.
College Football Hall of Fame Members Sorted by School
LSU has six players in the NFL hall of fame. They have ten players in the college hall of fame. But they have zero players that are in both.

You'd have to think he'd make the NFL hall.
LOL at him being in the CFB HOF though.

Too early to say, he's only been in the league for five seasons. He's on a good pace though.

Next two up for consideration from LSU:
Andrew Whitworth has a solid chance to be the 7th, Kyle Williams will most likely not get the nod.
