We thought we would obliterate A&M last week. TN thought they would obliterate South Carolina. Arkansas thought they would be relevant this year. That is why they play the games instead of letting the games be decided by what fans think will happen..

LSU is not a championship team this year However, Georgia has had a pretty easy path not playing anybody tough on the road. Not saying they aren’t the best team in the SEC because no one else has shown themselves to be better. Georgia was certainly not impressive vs Missouri and Kentucky, so it’s not hard to imagine them losing to better teams on the road. Truth is that the SEC is really down this year and there are no dominant teams in the country. Still think Georgia continues the SEC roll of championships.

What Texas A&M showed is a bad team can beat a better team if they want it more and get taken lightly.
Quite possible UGA does the same tomorrow knowing they’re in the playoffs even with a loss.

Blueprint or not, it is going to happen regardless.

Texas 5&7 showed the blueprint for how to do it
You think LSU will be looking past UGA, and UGA will play like it is their Super Bowl?

Because that was the blueprint

That's what all of the experts are saying.

Experts are never wrong.

I seriously doubt this.
LSU has a solid defense especially against the run.
Our offense relies on a balanced attack and if LSU can shutdown our running game then we would be relying on an often-inconsistent Bennett.
LSU has a good accurate and mobile QB.
Our pass defense can be beaten deep.
If LSU can hit enough deep balls, then the game could be very close which is what I expect.

I haven't watched a ton of LSU.

But they've had some struggles against the run. A&M, Florida, and Tennessee.

It looks like Perkins is the secret to their defense. They can't hide coverages when he is on the field. And that makes the susceptible to the run and pass.

Y’all played two ranked teams this year

1. Oregon
2. Tennessee
3. Mississippi State
4. South Carolina
5. LSU

So 5 wins vs ranked opponents?

Yes, yes we know George is going to destroy LSU but the funny thing is LSU is still in the SECCG what is Arkansas doing? Sitting at home on their arse congratulations on an underachieving year again.

A&M no doubt, still shocked by that. Florida not really, stats are skewed because of a 80 yard broken play run by Richardson and a few other scrambles. Truthfully, aside from Georgia obviously, LSU probably did a better job of defense (not that they were great) against Tennessee than anyone else has. Got several three and outs, but gave them 13 points because of special teams play and then gave them a couple short fields because of missed 4th down attempts. The defense (until last week’s disaster) has been really consistent.

Pretty sure that was the case last year and y'all blew our doors off. The SEC 'ship means a lot to this team/staff. I think the Dawgs will be locked in.

Tennessee ran for 263 yards, 5.37 ypr, and 2 rushing TDs against LSU.
UGA held them to 94 yards, 2.24 ypr, and they ran one in during the 4th quarter with 4:15 left on the clock down by 3 TDs.

If you take away an 80 yarder from Florida, they still averaged 4.06 ypr and 3 more TDs on the ground.

LSU is middle of the pack defensively against the run.
