For or against? Reasons why? I'm curious to hear what you think.

Florida fans ok to chime in too.

Everyone else just read or kindly gtfo.

So far:

OU 6-2

Against Texas. Texas sux, their incestuous, narcissistic culture makes us all vomit.

For Oklahoma. Fine folks.

It means we’re getting a chance to avenge our loss from our putrid Sugar Bowl performance. I’m for it.

It's not as much Texas and OU but should the sec be any larger, any more difficult?

If we were to grow with TU and OU, maybe Notre Dame and WVU to the add to the east. Family once you step on a jet, geography is irrelevant.

Just a conference with NFL like revenue and ratings....

Neither of us know anything about Texas from experience. Living in Dallas, I have plenty of Longhorn friends and they are great. Same with Aggies and Sooners.

Yes Texas has a stigma about being arrogant, but the Aggies also get stereotyped by people as well, which is not all true either.

I don’t have a particular issue with either depending on the scheduling structure. 12 team playoff makes being undefeated or close much less important.

I'm pretty neutral on it. The west will feel like the big 12 which is lame, but playing TX and OU should be fun.

Also hopefully the scheduling is better so we can play some of our old rivals more than twice in 10 years.

Change is inevitable so not much point in wallowing in the fear of potential negatives that could result from this.

Neutral.

I was for it initially but now my concern is Mullen's recruiting slipping even more.

Hate it. But I’m a regionalism purist and I realize I’m pissing into the wind

I'm in favor. It will lead to even more great SEC matchups.

frick em. They ruined the Big 12 and would just be a cancer in the SEC.

I think this is where I stand. Will get some great matchups. Oklahoma will be able to stop having their big games at 12pm. Everyone will pile on Texas. So Aggies should see this is a boon. Everyone will pay less attention to A&M.

You finally figured out the secret: Aggies like our attention in the SEC after not getting any in the Big 12 for a decade.

The SEC is just fine how it is. Dont need to add more non-Southern teams
