Was Garrett the A&M player who racked up all his stats on group of five and FCS teams then faded away during SEC play? Can’t remember.
Garrett almost missed the plane home from Auburn. He couldn't get your tackle to let go of him!

Aggies have an extremely limited number of accomplishments to turn to. It’s why you see so many short sighted threads from them.

Amazing how all the UT fans thought he was better than Myles. Amazed me.
One has game winning fumble recovery from tom brady to seal a superbowl.
The other is on the browns

All Aggies are, by default.
Or maybe I'm mispronouncing that word.

I care. He’s been good, but not near #1 overall good for the Texans. They don’t even want to give him a new contract. Texans would have been better off with Donald or Mack.

Everyone is better off with Donald. Garret has 2 more sacks over the past 2 seasons than Clowney and is obviously trending upward but it’s not a crazy difference. Clowny was mediocre to start his career but has turned it on the past two seasons.

He was the 2x 1st Team All American who went #1 overall had already been an All Pro. You know, better than any Auburn defender in the league.
Dee Ford isn’t exactly trash, he is rated higher on PFF as a pash rusher than Myles
Edit: 2X ProBowl, 1st Rd pick, All SEC, National Champ, 2X SEC Champ.

but has turned it on the past two seasons.
Clowney's more than proven himself and his talent with a return to full health.

the fanboi aggy OP may need a surgery to remove the tampon stuck up his arse.
Miles Garret - 12 sacks in 3 years vs SEC teams.

It must be a sad life to care about shite like this. Job that boring? Snot nosed kids got you down? Wife only giving the tang to Jody?
I mean, shite son. Let it go.

You’re right I completely forgot that, to the point I’m not positive I even knew that. I’m sure I did but no one mentions it.

There isn’t a GM on earth that would take Ford over Garrett.
Posted on 8/5/19 at 11:34 pm to Farmer1906
Khalil Mack and Aaron Donald went in the same draft class as Clowney
Anybody would have taken Clowney first though. He still has the potential to be the best in the league

They don’t really play the same type of role, Ford is smaller and faster, remember the time he chased down Johnny Failure in the open field at Kyle Field and A&M finished 3rd in the West while Auburn won the SEC?

He was the guy who got put on his arse play after play against LSU all 3 years
Posted on 8/6/19 at 12:54 am to Farmer1906
Against LSU, Clowney did more in one game than Garrett was able to manage in 3 years.
At least Clowney was able to get to Mettenberger a few times.

quote:You ignorant twit...Clowney was injured early on in his career. He hasn't "not progressed" he has been limited with injuries. The Texans haven't signed him because he needs to prove he can get through a few seasons healthy. If they don't sign him....somebody will for sure. He is their franchise tag for that very reason. Clowney will be fine with or without the Texans....

Clowney was supposed to be a bust?

Remember how Garrett , fueled by his love for aTm, refused to sit out and pushed through an ankle injury and willed his team to the AdvoCare Texas Bowl.
Heroic.

Most people would have shut it down midseason. But he played a full SEC slate on one leg. You joke, but I'd like to see a #1 pick do that for any other school.
I don't expect you to relate, you've never had a #1 pick and haven't had a top 5 in the last 30 years.
