It seems like everything the NCAA comes up with, Saban finds the advantage and Bama ends up being the best at it.

Except winning the NC game last week.

He'll be a nice pickup. I wish we could have held on to you him, but I get ti. Alabama has a more dynamic passing game and he wants to put some numbers up.

He'll do well for you.

Should it have? I mean, seriously? Great pickup, but make no mistake about it, the receivers y'all had didn't exactly light it up.

Ja'Corey Brooks- .9862 5*
Agiye Hall- .9788 4*
JoJo Earle- .9766 4*

You tell us. Were they 4* and 5* and were you impressed? Yes. I get it. They were freshmen.

Should I now post the ratings of the freshmen receivers that scored on Alabama for Georgia because our upperclass receivers were injured?

Pretty sure Alabama had the edge ratings wise.

In fairness he was a graduate transfer, not an undergraduate. There is a difference.

Ouch

Bennett returning really hurt UGA.

Know what all 4 guys have in common? They didn’t score a TD in the NC game. Want to know who did? 2 Freshman from UGA, one a TE, the other a 3 star WR.

Congrats to Burton, he’s very talented. Hopefully Bama helps him reach his goals like they did Williams, and he fails to help them reach theirs, just like Williams.

I’d much rather have a proven performer back at QB, than a WR who barely impacted our season.

He’s won 6 of the last 13. No other coach has more than 2. Kirby has just 1. Kind of hilarious to argue anyone is better at winning championships than Saban

Congrats on your first championship though.

Our first? we get it. Alabama has more. A LOT more. But you've been living under a rock if you thought that was our first championship.

Up until now Alabama fans had been pretty classy about us winning. I guess it is beginning to sink in now?

He certainly works with a generational defense, elite running game and Alabama's top WRs out.

2022 portends to be a tough year for him.

Two of them didn’t score cause bama hired a fake doctors as s&c coach. The other two didn’t because that soft arse offense had no idea how to play against a good one.

The Louisiana WRs will push for playing time. Don't be surprised if we see another WR or two transfer out of Bama.

And then the same guys are telling us that the vast underachieving by these so called 5 stars is no big deal. And they will show off next season.
Could it be these are just “Bam Bump” 5 stars which are really just 3 stars that get bumped when Bama offers after missing out on their 1st or 2nd option?
Javan Baker from Georgia? Five star? Ran a 4.8 40? Did Georgia even offer out of HS?

Bama is 1000% winning it all next year. I'm extremely confident in that.

it’s really just tearing down the facade we as fans have of these “rivalries”

Players have always been different than fans, which the portal is making clear. However, Georgia and Alabama aren't rivals. Competitors at the top of the spot, yea, but not rivals.

i mean i guess

Toto just transferred from Tennessee, is that not a rivalry?

Bama and UGA just played each other for a national championship

LSU had starters go to Texas A&M, Alabama, Arkansas and potentially Ole Miss

my point is just that fans clearly have more passion than the players, we just pretend they care as much
