We are on an entirely different level of suck. Like Vandy, northwestern, Iowa state, Kansas in the mid00s level of sucks. We will go 1-11 and it won’t be close. We are easily the worst P4 team in the country and there’s probably 30/40 G6 teams better than Arkansas. We may not be a top 100 team nationally. We are beyond bad.

Agreed. Shut this sad shite down, then I’ll be unshackled to this catastrophe and can start rooting for a real team. I’m thinking it would be rather gauche to pick a team like Georgia or Alabama. I think I’d go with maybe Indiana, some new blood who should have success for the foreseeable future!

The thing about Arkansas is they were not that far away. All they needed was a defensive coordinator last season to shore up the defense. Petrino had that offense competing at a high level and it kept them in most of their games.
Now it's like 10 steps backwards with this new guy. They don't seem to do anything right under him. Petrino + getting him a competent defensive coordinator should have been the best option to get Arkansas out of this rut, but your AD is a straight up fool and doesn't know how to spot a good football coach.

Eh, I don't know if they're quite as bad as UGA made them look. They got a pretty decent passing game considering we got potentially 2 All-Americans in the secondary. They need to toughen up their lines a bit. They'll upset one or two teams they aren't suppose to.

Arky has had a bad few games, but nowhere, and I mean nowhere, is there an amount of suck that rises to the level of kansas suck. The "team" sucks. The students suck. The city of lawrence sucks. The entire eastern half of the state sucks.
There are portapotties at abandoned construction sites that have more redeeming value than anything kansas, at least the eastern half of the state, has to offer.

No, we interviewed Eric Morris but our AD didn't want to wait until his season was finished. He was going to bring to Arkansas what he took to Okie State.
We also interviewed Will Stein (not sure what happened there) and Golesh. Sources here thought Golesh was the hire, but he chose Auburn once they found out that they weren't getting Sumrall. No surprise he picked Auburn over us as we don't have our shite together.
This is why everyone is so pissed about the hire. First one to fire a coach and last program to hire one.
