I think you live in your parents' basement. You talk A LOT about it. Plus we already know you struggle to regulate your emotions; thus, you're a loser in real life.

Sad.

I'm not a fan of pro players coming back to college. As long we don't break any rules though..STTDB

The system is allowing this.

The SEC has rules against intra-conference transfers outside of the portal window. By rule they should be suspended for this season.

quote:

TEXAS is doing this, Indiana is doing this, UCLA is doing this, and others will sign players

All of those players came back to their same team. It shouldnt be allowed, but those are different situations.

Who said it was ok?

I merely pointed out the difference between what LSU is doing and what the OP said about the other schools.

Are these three schools accepting former players or are they contacting NFL teams to see if they will waive a player who attended another school?

Is there some sort of rule within the NCAA ruling that they have to stay with their current school, lol?

frick every last one of them.
-Bama fields teams with murderers, drugs dealers, gang bangers and a professional.
-Ole miss has a 42 year old qb with a sore throat that would be on an nfl roster if he wasn’t a pussy.

I hope LSU continues in bama and ole miss footsteps of ruining football. Maybe then something will get done about this lawlessness.

Nope. And there shouldn't have been, because they initially had no chance to do the portal either. They were told their college careers were simply over.
If you're going to allow them to play college, then allow them that portal opportunity and skip the next lawsuit.

And consider, Notre Dame had a guy, they didn't want to take him back. So he gets another year, but can't play? LSU signed him, so he now gets a chance.

This being last minute, the only fair thing is to open it up for all.

I have no idea why Ole Miss wouldn't take 2 starters back. Maybe they would but Kiffin outbid them, maybe the players wanted to follow Kiffin. Maybe Ole Miss said no.

According to their board, they said Wright was asking too much $ and Harris is injured and overweight.

True, but you are overlooking the fact that the NCAA changed the rules midstream, so the players involved were not given the opportunity to use the normal transfer portal window, they were unaware they could have the option. That is why the courts are involved and they were able to get the injunction.

The NCAA is to blame for this not CLK or LSU.

Bediako wasn't "less" and that poster has never even mentioned him on this board.

Brother, I know that Bama literally played a pro basketball player last year.

We all do. LSU fans flipped out over it. Many lost their minds.

Luckily an Alabama judge had the sense to rule that once a player has signed a pro contract they are no longer eligible to play college sports. The Alabama supreme court essentially agreed as they refused to hear the case. Probably because it is just common sense that once a player turns pro and signs a contract he is no longer an amateur.

They wouldn’t have been able to use the transfer window as they were preparing for the NFL draft…
