This feels like an upset game. We'll see.

Going into the game vs Bama, Vandy's schedule was nothing either. They had a ton of hype going into the game.
I am not saying the Mizzou roster is elite, but its way more talented Vandy's. Mizzou is pretty stacked for Mizzou standards, and in the middle of the pack overall in the SEC. They have killed it in the transfer portal the last 2 seasons.
Mizzou has some weaknesses that Alabama should exploit. The secondary is spotty, and prone to big plays. If Mizzou plays the ball control game, Alabama can get right back in it with busted coverages/big plays. I also worry about Mizzou's ability to consistently play their offense vs Alabama. Mizzou might be able to run the ball, we will see. But if they get off schedule, Alabama should be able to get off the field defensively, unless Mizzou makes plays. The OL for Mizzou is questionable on passing situations, and Beau hasn't been the best in the pocket.
Mizzou should be able to stop or contain Alabama run game. They should also pressure Simpson. If they are able to force some errors/turnovers, it could end up being close game.
As a Mizzou fan, Mizzou can't make mistakes or it can snowball. We saw it in the kansas game and South Carolina where a turnover led to them being down. Mizzou was able to stay the course vs those teams and win by 2 scores. I don't see that being the case vs this Bama team. I think Mizzou can win the game. They can do it without even playing a perfect game. But I Alabama's strengths I think end up overwhelming Mizzou's weaknesses.

I really don’t think this team after FSU is taking anyone lightly. In fact listening to Ty give his pre game talks to the team it feels like it is gonna be Bama vs the world here on out which should be a carry over from Saban’s philosophy on the process. You go out do your job regardless of the opponent.
There were some things that really needed to be cleaned up against Vandy early and one of those was staying run contain disciplined at second level which they corrected nicely in the 2nd half. Pavia is a legit dual threat QB and Bama pretty well shut him down after some halftime adjustments. All in all this team has more than addressed the issues from week 1. With that said, my only wishes would be for a better pass rush from someone to step up and draw some double teams with some sacks and Ryan to get over his issues with drops. Running game with Jam back is looking good and the O-line is looking much better.

I don't have any faith that we can beat Alabama until it actually happens, if it ever does.

All I know is I’ll be there and will have a blast.
Dad’s weekend with the Tri Delts. The 11:00 time sucks arse, but I can’t wait. It feels like an upset to me.

This will be the best team Alabama has played this season so far (yeah, yeah ... Georgia ... lolz with that offense/OC) ...
Does it translate into a Mizzou win?
Who knows ... but should be a good one.

This is quite the 180 on your bitch arse behavior before the Vandy game. Now you're all cocky again. What a pussy.

I'm wary of any team wth a running back as good as Mizzou's.

Against their competition, mizzou has put up lotta yards and have been well balanced.
Rushing att 247
Passing att 153
Not sure you can say that is balanced.

Hate to be pessimistic but I highly doubt our secondary can cover Bamas WR's. Hopefully Mizzou can run the ball well or it can get ugly. For Mizzou to win I think we'd need at least 2 turnovers. Bama by 10

I dont know if that was supposed to say is elite or isn't elite, but did you know they've had like 8 ten win seasons? Thats almost 3 hands worth of 10 win seasons!!!!

I haven’t seen any of us talking trash.
I’ve seen a lot recognizing that we have dudes all over the place and 2 NFL backs, 3 NFL OL, 5 NFL front 7 and a QB who has shown incredible poise in working through his progressions.
This is the first Mizzou team built like a classic SEC old man football team.
Mizzou isn’t getting blown out and if Bama’s players thinks this is just old Mizzou yall are going to be shocked.

I’m typically the last person to give Mizzou credit but I think their wide zone run game plus a very mobile QB could give Bama trouble. It’s also going to be the third straight quality opponent Bama has played. That can take a toll on a team.

Mizzou is coming off UMass and a bye week - they should be fresher than Bama.
Probably the most generous way of admitting you haven’t played anyone all season I’ve seen so far.

I hate to say it but Alabama looks like they are improving and learning week to week. They actually made effective adjustments at halftime for Vandy, something they really have not been doing since DeBoer has been there.
Ty looks pretty good and looks to be getting better and better. Playing creampuffs is ok every now and then but not every week, Missouri is fat from all that and will get exposed

Not saying it couldn't happen but I don't think Mizzou is a level better than it ever has been during its time in the SEC.
