No, it’s a cheap knockoff.

A buddy of mine had to read a bunch of stuff written by Dylan's father for a case he was working on and he said that Dylan's father writes like a grade schooler so this mistake is par for the course.

That has to be the doucheist letter I have ever read. Also what the hell could he be "negotiating" with Bama

A insurance policy similar to what Nick Chubb got his senior year.

why return to the dumpster fire when he can make the big bucks. Good luck to him either way.

So why'd your qb return after a 3 loss season last year?

Yea I bet he thought he was gonna get the best of both worlds. A big fat check from the insurance company and be able to return to college to play and improve his draft stock for next year. But technically, he can’t lose money unless he goes into the draft. Insurance companies aren’t in the business of giving away money.

The LOV policy likely was a one year policy. Meaning the policy covered his 2019 pre-season, season, and postseason from the policy effective date until the 2020 draft. The policy has a expected pick of being a mid-first rounder for the 2020 draft, not the 2021 draft. He would need a new policy for LOV of the 2021 draft and that policy (if they would even be willing to issue one) would be based on his new expected draft position of being a 2nd rounder, and only cover a new injury that reduced that value.

If his policy would actually pay him the difference of wherever he is drafted instead of the first, he would be much better off declaring for the NFL now and collecting on the policy, rather than playing another college season, voiding that policy, and likely playing his senior season uninsured or with a 2nd round grade as the new baseline for a new policy.

If his policy will actually pay, he is getting first round money no matter what, so he might as well declare. His dad is probably just now realizing this and is now advising his majesty of this.

How many points did LSU score last time Bama's D with Moses faced LSU? I forget.

The same as the number of times Moses has played against a Joe Brady coached offense

#1 if he comes back, plays, and doesn’t get drafted in the 1st round he loses right to collect.

#2 I'd like to ask the NCAA exactly what type of financial negotiations could possibly be going on with Alabama?

#3 Can he receive counter offers from other schools if he enters the transfer portal?

That's as good of a post as you'll see on the SEC rant.

Your post makes so much more sense than his dad's letter. They should have just paid you a couple hundred bucks to write a letter.

Anyone who saw him posting on the Rant as jrevonte when his kid was being recruited at U-High is surprised by this development <0. He didn't hide it, either. He was 100% open about his identity and did everything from talk about the kid's recruitment to live-blog plays and action from LSU closed-door scrimmages.

I will say it sounds like he's confused-which is unsurprising for jrevonte/Mr. Moses-about the terms under which he's going to pay it out.

But, here's the fun part.

It sounds as if he's created a trust for Dylan and named himself executor. I'm reading tea leaves of course, but it does sound as if he's set the trust up to be the recipient/payee/beneficiary of the LOV policy. In the process of doing it, he's given himself a strong measure of control regarding an adult child's decision-making process for when-or if-he ends his amateur career.

Sounds like just the kind of guy I'd love to call Dad.
