re: Do LSU fans hate Texas A&M as much as Texas fans do?

An equal program??
In the modern era of college football, LSU is a far superior football program to Texas. Sit down at the end of the table with the Aggies.

Well, truth hurts, don't it? How many SECW, SEC, or NC's does Furk U. have since joining the SEC? None? Okay then, back to the kids table you go until your balls drop and your voice deepens, child.
4/10. Decent effort boy.

They don't live with them.
Houston is practically a much larger, sprawling Collie Station when it comes to aggy grads and wannabe aggy, but LSU people aren't far behind, and it's not all people displaced by Katrina.

Talking about that will get you the ban hammer. It’s not funny.

I don't hate A&M.

As a Tiger fan that was born in south Louisiana and now lives amongst the A&M and Longhorn fans I can honestly say that the longhorn fans are more obnoxious and snooty, but the whole A&M aura is fricking wayyyy too gay and they don't seem to see it. I don't hate either, but if I had to pick I guess I would say I dislike the longhorn fanbase more than the A&M fanbase.

No hate for the aggies. Texas is another story.

Can't speak for others but it's a friendly rivalry for me. I was born in Houston but my family roots on my mother's side is in Cajun country. I have relatives and friends who are LSU grads. We were actually happy we could enjoy routinely playing each other in the SEC. I root for LSU sometimes. Can't stand anything associated with t.u except for the Hill country west of the Colorado River.

Ridiculous question. LSU fans think A&M is weird if they think about them at all

When Aggie has won a few things of note besides a game or two here or there, then come back and ask to sit with the grownups.
Until then, go back to the kids table and eat your pudding.

Seems like the hatred between LSU and A&M has only grown since 2012.
Not trying to be mean or anything but as a side note questions like this are why people wonder if you’re actually SEC or not, among about a dozen other things

LSU fans don't give a shite about aggys. I'm from Louisiana, know a bunch of LSU fans and grads, and even worked at one of The Chimes when I was younger, not a single person was ever concerned with the aggys. They hate Bama.

Well said, and this was the way it used to be before Aggie joined the SEC. After that happened, for some reason aTm fans went from being friendly opponents to obnoxious wannabes throwing shade at everyone else in their new home. It's that new sense of self-entitled obnoxiousness that turned off most LSU (and SEC) fans in general.
Maybe that's just a product of the current generation of aTm fans, I don't know. But it's surely different from the way it was before Aggie joined the SEC.

Possibly the best explanation of our rivals situation I’ve ever seen on this site. Who do we play this week? frick them!

Nah. The hatred from LSU fans goes:
1. Bama
2. Ole Miss
3. Florida
(These can all be rotated depending on the season - but the hatred is strong for all 3 of these.)
4. Auburn
5. USCw
7. Everyone else. We hate these teams on principle when we play, but don't care otherwise.

3/10. Your continued obsession with kids tables is making this weird now. You must be the weird uncle that the kids are told to stay away from at family gatherings. Take care pumpkin.
