It’s easy to think that because we miss on it year after year. Houston pretty much gets their pick when we have a highly rated guy.

One of the more miserable LSU baseball teams to watch that I can remember. Rarely go out and take anything. We get handed a good bit of our victories.

I’m really starting to wonder why Ruckert is a defensive replacement. He’s booted 2 double play balls in end of game situations that will cost us the game.

Is Jay ramping up Sheerin’s pitch count to possibly get him ready for a weekend rotation spot? Slide Moore to Friday, Schmidt to Saturday and Sheerin Sunday. Get Evans back into the bullpen where he is a dog.

Probably. We will run into some certified aces. It probably works out better for us to have really good Sat and Sun guys since we don’t have a true #1. If Evans gets hot and gives us 5 innings then it’s a plus.

Bide is close, but if he can start turning those at bats into walks instead of swinging at the pitch out of the zone for a K he will start seeing much better pitches in his ABs.
