We have zero explosiveness on offense. I get that we can’t protect, but we can’t hit the big play for a TD. Same issues as last year in that regard. Everything has to be a 15-20 play drive.

Our 2nd team secondary is a problem. We get pressure up front with the 2s, but they bust coverages and tackle like arse back there. We are an injury or 2 away from having a real problem back there.

And boy did they. Dumb penalties literally cost them the game. It felt like Ole Miss could’ve ended this game early with how rattled the UL QB looked, but they wouldn’t take control. Chambliss is still a dog, so he can keep them in any game. Feels like Ole Miss will be in a bunch of shoot outs this year, but it’s tough to get the one score game luck over and over 2 years in a row.

Louisville gave Ole Miss at least 14 points off penalties alone. They kept giving them first downs on dumb arse penalties.
