Sounds like every LSU fan ever.

Yeah, that's our thing.

Auburn is playing the long game here. We may have won the football game but they're stealing one of our most cherished traditions.

It's actually a clever move on their part.

I just respect the ones that don't hide on their board.

And I don't want to hear shite about them having a rough week.

I agree. 2 evenly matched teams where there could only be 1 winner. Good teams find a way to win and that's exactly what these LSU Tigers did.

Well, we only needed to beat them once.

Like i said, when we complain about the refs it's for a good reason. The calls on Saturday were completely legitimate and I'd be happy to have a conversation with you on why.

It’s only fair that we get to own at least one team from Alabama.

We haven’t had any luck against Bama or Troy.

Not to pedantic, but if you're better on third down on one side of the ball, you're automatically better on third down on the other side too

or UAB

(I know it was 20 years ago and Saban was your coach and you've maybe even beaten them since then and Bama lost to ULM that one time. I know. I'm sorry.)

LSU outgained auburn offensively and dominated TOP. No it shouldn't have been 31-13 in the 4th because the LSU D just flat out stepped up and stopped them when it really mattered. I'd say that was 2 evenly matched teams.

Just to be clear, you're saying if LSU's offense coverts 35%, but Auburns convert's 40% that LSU is better on both sides of the ball?

ETA: What I said was that LSU won 3rd down on both offense and defense. Winning one side does not automatically mean they win the other.

ETAA: I was actually wrong. I thought LSU was 11 of 20 on 3rd down conversions. They were 8 of 20.

I see Auburn finishing 9-3 and LSU 8-4.

So head to head doesn't determine who is better, but a one game difference in record does?

Two guys in my office who are "normal" graduates and fans of Ohio St and Arkansas agreed that the PI calls (including the no call on Greedy) were pretty bs and changed the outcone of the game.
