Freeman’s wife absolutely hates the south. She had already stated that “it’s too damn hot here” when they came to Baton Rouge to interview for DC job and she couldn’t get out of here fast enough. There is just too many roadblocks for Freeman to come here.

At least you posted a thread about an actual coach that LSU should consider and would be a good hire instead of posting useless threads about Gruden, Riley, and Gundy.

Just to be clear, I dont think Saban is coming either and it’s funny that some here believe it will happen, but I’m not judging my opinion over what Saban says to the public/media because he’s said this type of stuff his whole career and then ended up doing the opposite. I’ve learned to take anything a coach says to the media with a grain of salt.

So LSU goes through the process of firing BK mid season and willing to pay huge buyout because he wasn’t getting it done just to turnaround and hire a less than stellar coach on the cheap?

I don’t believe this is LSUs mindset man. They are going to do whatever it takes to get one of the best coaches out there.

You act like Oregon has won several national titles over the past 25 years and not LSU. Oregon hasn’t won shite with any coach.
