Bay county is the bottom right of the Troy grey. It looks like Destin is in the grey. Everything west is South Alabama.

Walton is definitely the last Troy county in Florida. Bay is FSU. Walton has that weird pregnant belly looking outline that the grey on the map clearly ends at, and the next county over is Bay which is where it turns garnet on the map.

It is kinda hard to see due to how small they are and you can't zoom in I'll give you that

A-State does NOT rule southern Missourah. Ole Miss has more fans there than frickin' A-State. GMADB

And get that kansas crap out of Missourah.

Every year this map is posted and every year people don't get it.

It's an imperialism map. You own the county closest to your university. When you beat someone, you take their land. When someone beats you, they take your land.

Vanderbilt beat Hawaii. They own Hawaii for the moment. When someone beats Vanderbilt, they will take Hawaii.

I find this interesting because I took the time to understand it.

No way in hell does Florida own any territory in South Georgia. I can count GT fans on my hands around the state. Georgia Southern doesn’t even control Bulloch County. List is shite.

There are counties in Missouri that are closer to Jonesboro than Columbia. We are at the starting point.

It’s quite comical (or sad). Geography is tough for some.

So what happens, for instance, to Hawaii the next time somebody beats Hawaii? And the time after that. And the time after that.

Who owns Hawaii? The last team to beat Hawaii. Or is it some team that beat the team that beat a team that beat Hawaii?

And people think the "transitive" property is bad. LOL.

Those who thought this map has anything to do with rooting interests must have been really confused by Wyoming

I see more MTSU gear in Nashville than I do see Vols gear.

Alabama gear is the most visible tho

These maps are always kind of fun to look at as the season progresses but the threads in here are always ruined by people taking it too serious or just not understanding the map in the first place
