Could someone please take the time to post:

1) How many Alabama fans posted in this thread versus Auburn fans
2) How many posts were done by Alabama fans versus Auburn fans

TIA.

I'm just curious.

The Duke lacrosse players were staring at jailtime from an incompetent District Attorney. The facts came out in the case, the DA was reprimanded(!), and they don't need public perception the way a coach does. Auburn is an institution with lawyers who were told to sit on their hands because they didnt want to clear their name.

So did the duke lacrosse players sue Selena Roberts? Yes or no.

Are you a lawyer or just stayed at a holiday inn last night?

Fair enough, but who started the thread?

Was it started on the SECr or on the Auburn board where no one but Auburn fans would be allowed to comment?

Equally curious.

As I said.

So really most of us Alabama posters are really just poking at the dying cat. Why? Because it's funny and we can make it say stupid things by moving it's lips.

Nice name calling.

Back to the topic.

The lacrosse players made a furious legal defense in criminal proceedings in an effort to clear their name of the charges.

When Auburn was faced with slander against it's employees it retreated, not advanced.

It never pursued the legal avenues available to people who are slandered because they didn't want to testify.

The number of posters, BAMA fans or barn fans, doesn't have anything to do with the OP.

Yes, did they sue her, like they did everyone else? Have you stayed on topic?

Oh I see you don't keep up with the news or reality.

Like Selena Roberts? Did the duke lacrosse players do this as well?

Outside of Vanderbilt, Florida, and maybe Texas A&M, there isn't a whole Hell of a lot of difference between each SEC school. The only difference comes in evaluating the individual colleges and departments.

You can admit that Auburn didn't persue a legal avenue available.

Why didn't they?

So you refuse to answer the question? Interesting. Is there no precedent associated with it? Why didn't they pursue a lawsuit against Selena? They did with others.

You never answered my other question, are you a lawyer?

Do these questions hurt your conspiracies? If they do I am sorry. I do though find it flattering you think about auburn with such passion.

You can't turn this into a '" why didnt Duke do it too " situation too as there was a criminal case ongoing

They sure didn't sue Joe Schad or ESPN after his inflammatory story on cam calling starkville in tears.

So which is it,
Did Auburn have the ability to sue or not?

mark emmert said the rules of amateurism were violated. one of the two is lying and everybody knows which of the two it is.

emmert also said loopholes need to be closed. why would he say that if auburn were squeaky clean?

So it was more serious? Then they should have definitely sued. Thanks for the added qualifier

Well you never answered my question, yet again, are you a lawyer? If so, you surely would know. So you are, aren't you?

Did alabama sue clay Travis or sports by brooks? I guess they didn't want to have to testify in court as well.

Slow your roll!

Auburn fans get fist fight angry if you bring up the multitude of allegations made against them.

They really hate it when you remind them that Auburn changed its story a few times during the cam saga.

Say Cam didn't know without laughing.

How did auburn change their argument in the cam situation?

You seem very knowledgable.
