Beamer is safe after this season they won’t fire him

Hugh Freeze

I have no idea about his buyout situation... Not sure Auburn wants yet another coach firing... been way too many recently, but Freeze certainly hasn't impressed in gameday coaching.

But he's been one of our best recruiting coaches. Doesn't mean much when you only can win 4 games a year though and finish 14th in the conference in year 2.

I think Freeze and Venables are the most vulnerable. If either goes .500 or worse they likely need to be dialing uHaul. If Freeze has another losing season, he is gone despite how he has recruited. His buyout is low and he would have a losing record in all three of his seasons at Auburn.

Brian Kelly could go 0-12 and he wouldn't get fired - we will owe him 50 million after this next season

I’m not even a Kelly hater but if he loses 3-5 games even and misses playoffs his seat will get hot and boosters will figure a way to get a buyout together. That’s the world we live in in college sports now. It’s insane.

Unless State goes winless, Lebby isn’t getting fired next year

Probably, most likely, the correct answer.

Dabo is trying hard to hold a 2026 coordinator position open for him in tatertown.

It's not Elko, he achieved A&M's ceiling this season.

He had his chance to retire after the season was over but now he will have to face the inevitable.

So Sam will be punished by getting a few million extra bucks….hahahaha. That’s a good one.

The reality is everyone is too poor to fire anybody right. What you might start seeing more of is contracts not being extended.
