Whether it be beating x rival, or playoff appearance or bust.

Personally, I just hope the boys go out and have fun

Win game #1 against Louisville. If we lose that first game...

Would you trade an L against UL for a guaranteed win against LSU?

I think UGA should make the playoffs. We’ve got some tough games, namely @ Alabama, @ Ole Miss, and vs Oklahoma. I think Florida and Auburn are both wild card teams and it wouldn’t shock me if one or both of those teams have a good season and really challenge us. But we get Auburn in Athens and Florida in Atlanta.

But with the 12-team playoff making it likely we would make the playoff at 10-2 and possible at 9-3, it would be disappointing if we don’t make it.

That's a good question and I will try to answer honestly. An LSU win is a conference win. But, LSU may also be the better loss. If we lose that first game to UL, the visibility aspect of that would be atrocious and we would be tied all season to however successful UL's season goes.

No, I think I would rather lose to LSU than lose to Louisville, simply because of the implications.

Look like the HC/OC attended any practices and has some semblance of a plan.

The bar is low.

The same as every season - Beat Florida. And Auburn. And Georgia Tech.

UGA should be a playoff team in a 12 team playoff almost every year. Just like about half the SEC should be.....

Ole Miss gonna shut Lane up on September 19, but the other three games are winnable.

Do you think Texas is more talented than OSU this year? I think they may be but it's splitting hairs. I thought OSU was clearly more talented in 2024, and again pretty close last year in talent

Oklahoma once had a long time assistant (and short term head) coach named Gomer Jones...

He used to say....

"Yea though our troubles are varied and many...

If we don't beat Texas... we won't have any".

There is a reason his head coaching term was short.

That we are at least competitive and win some we probably shouldn't/ I know I'll watch regardless so I hope we can stay in most games and win a few. Not sure I could take another year like last.

Truly non-negotiable?

Win a playoff game.
