Man, I hate to wade into this particular game as it can appear classless.

But this Dawg is correct, and the Bama bro is just super wrong. This was a close game, and having Colt in the game makes it a hell of a lot closer.

There is no asterisk whatsoever, a win is a win, but let's not play like the injury wasn't very important.

I watched about half of that season plastered in the stands at DKR, and it was a sight to see. Texas did not develop that backup much. I assume they wanted to retain his RS and get Colt a Heisman for the program prestige.
Not sure, but I'm frankly glad to see a bunch of disciplined and less selfish 3-stars make fools of all these sloppy but talented 4-5 star teams.
This might be the funniest post I've seen yet on this forum. :rotflmao:

re: Hoosiers - where’s the flaw?

As most Americans tonight, I googled 'what is a hoosier?'

"A Hoosier is the official nickname for a native or resident of the U.S. state of Indiana, a term adopted with pride that signifies friendliness, hard work, and self-reliance"

Yes, they seem quite self-reliant at this point.

Hopefully this madman will retire soon.
On the plus side, at this rate Ole Miss will easily have been the #3 team.
I imagine they want to get up by another score and then it might be time to tap the brakes midway through the third. Yikes.
Might be third, you never know.
Some teams just have psyche on you... what can be done lol.
It was a 24-21 game with 6 minutes remaining.

Great win by the tide, but it's a closer game with Colt in.

Also, Aggies need to stay out of this thread. This is a discussion between blue blood programs about national title clashes, so there is really no reason for you to be in here chatting.
Poorgia will not own us forever. Clock's ticking boys...

Way too many drops. It was hard to watch. He still had solid passing numbers despite it.

What was really encouraging was seeing a 100+ yard rusher in Clark. Even if you take away his biggest run of 20yd or so, he still had a respectable day that would have made a difference in the games Texas lost this season.

Also encouraging was seeing a young D ball out even while missing numerous All-Americans.

Yup, great game by two solid teams. OM has been my 'side team' since Texas did not make the cut for CFP.

It's really not good for the rest of us if the SEC does poorly in the CFP. OM has a chip, and Miami got hot at the right time. Should be a game. Of course, if OM beats Miami, it's kind of like beating Georgia again lol.
Yup, so begins the long slide to Div 2 for the once vaunted Bama. /sarc

They spota be SEC .gif
Vandy and Texas to get the ball rolling, GA-AL-OM to bring it home.

Texas' entire D is pretty much out, but the entire O is in place except for Wisner, our 3rd-down back who ended up as the starter.
100%. In these football situations, you gotta ask: What Would Romanowski Do?

Heck yeah, mayo + Cheeze-Its, a match made in heaven!

Don't even worry bro. Your 'Horns are about to get very very cheezy and redeem the whole SEC.
That's even worse. I guess I'm just old fashioned... ya know, finish what you start, don't quit, stand with your teammates, etc.
