Damien Harris is great but he's not getting the kind of carries he needs to be there. They are splitting carries between five RB. This is the first Bama team I remember in the Saban era that didn't look exhausted by the time TN rolled around. Playing your entire second string the second half against all but two of your opponents through 8 games has been beneficial.

Anybody could run behind that offensive line baw
I know you're messing around, but many do feel that way. Saw a stat today that harris leads all of CFB with 5.3 yards after contact per carry. That flies in the face of the whole "it's the line" talking point.

Austin Golson has played every position on the OL in the first 6 games of the season.
They should flush this list without him on it.

LB's from Arkansas and Mizzou are ahead of Devin White? Wtf? Who put this together? Paul Finebaum?

John Kelly too high.

No Devin White and somehow Tolliver made it when Greedy has been better all year. List is shite.
Posted on 10/25/17 at 11:14 pm to SummerOfGeorge
Is Devin White in witness protection? How is he not listed.

Ok. How long have you been waiting to use that?
Didn't see your response yesterday. Not really waiting to use at all. I personally abhor the usage, but have a lot of friends who do it frequently... it was of course pointed out to me the day that the definition was updated just to get my hackles up. All good man, just figured if anyone would appreciate the semantic beauty there, you might.

Marco Wilson is having a great year but it's a weak year for CBs if a true freshman is on this list.

Completely true for us, though. The fact that our long snapper, whatever the hell his name is, isn't on this list invalidates it completely.

Counterpoint, not that I disagree: Kelly is their offense, really, and works behind an extremely mediocre line. And his passers aren't taking any pressure off him. Dormady is fricking awful -- he might be the worst QB in the SEC, and that includes Johnson at UK -- and his replacement (Chad Guantanamo Bay or whatever the hell his name is) isn't much better. He might not deserve to be named the best RB in the league, but he might be the one doing the most with the least help.

Everyone arguing total yds vs ypc stats is a little misleading. You all do realize that the SEC season Rushing title is based on ypg. Two yrs ago when Henry set total yd marks and took the Heisman trophy Fournette actually took the SEC Season Rushing award

Uh Damien Harris? Devin White? And wtf is KT doing on there?
