Been super impressed with his ability to dissect things quickly and put the ball in tight windows on 2nd and 3rd reads. What's the scuttlebutt on whether he comes back or not? I'd guess as NFL teams watch more tape on him and see him throw live the higher he'd move up on draft boards.

On the flip side, another big year and he could be in QB1 territory for 2025.

All of your questions may be answered on Saturday.

Honestly... he has the opportunity to play his way into the #3 QB.

He isn't there yet.
But the captive audience is ready to watch.

I'm super impressed with his ability to play behind an NFL Oline and literally not have to do anything.

He is borderline first already, seen some reports Georgia is getting nervous and putting together a financial package to keep him Athens.

I am sure it will come down to whether or not he gets a first round grade. Which I believe he will.

It's amazing how good he can look with Brock Bowers and Ladd McConkey lined up side by side.

That has only happened 1 game this season. Ole Miss when we put up 52 points.

Will be lucky to finish season since Dallas Turner will go after him

I need to see more. The O line negates any pressure at all and he's hitting wide open guys on dig routes and crossers. Easy throws.

Me saying this doesn't mean he can't beat Alabama. He certainly can...I'm just not sold on him as an NFL QB right now.

He's also throwing seeds into tight coverage. If you don't believe me go watch the first half of the Tennessee game. He made some elite throws.

He can try. Dawgs aren't pussies like LSU. So he'll probably think twice.

You can credit the OLine.

But Carson Beck has the fastest release time in the conference.

The OL isnt asked to hold for 3+ seconds. And when they do, he is moving the launch point to help

I think that is the point.

He potentially has Bama (the best defense he will face this season) and 2 playoff contenders.

It is to be determined in the next 3 games if he is the 3rd QB off the board.

Does he want a first round grade or a top 10 grade? Significant difference in money

He's the best quarterback in the SEC this year, no doubt!

Griffith at Dawgnation is reporting that something is being put together to hold him in Athens comfortably if he doesn't get the automatic first round grade.

Currently, several teams have the grade. But they have to weigh out the needs. He needs to make sure the team with the QB needs are also giving him the 1st round grade for their OC and offensive system.

Is your day drinking a sign that your project is done, and we'll get a SoG game forecast? Or, did you need to "relax" to finish it, so we can get a game forecast?

I expect this from Michigan and OSU fans. You're not watching the games (or not watching closely), but you're commenting like you know what you're taking about.

No QB in the country consistently makes more NFL throws than Carson Beck.

I was sitting on the pot taking a poop and decided to loft a question to the peoples.

I shall attempt the model tonight!

Imo if UGA threepeats Beck goes. Because I don't see us winning without Beck having elite moments in the upcoming big, publicized games and that would raise his stock to 2nd round at least.

If we lose to Bama or any CFP contenders I think it's because Beck had a stinky game/threw some picks etc. Which would hurt his stock and make him likely to return. Just look at Saturday - if he can't throw it against Bama's secondary full of future NFL players, he won't be good enough for current NFL players. That's what the narrative will be, at least.

The only exception would be if he performs well but we lose in a shootout, which I don't see happening against any team left.

Whatever happens with Beck will be a pyrrhic victory for us UGA fans
