But, you know, when you go through what we went through (with tampering), and what you’re seeing day-in and day-out, some things you feel like shouldn’t matter that they’re making a big deal about," Golding said. “Not comparing [Ferrelli] to a guy who’s been a starter somewhere that wasn’t in the portal that’s at a new school now after going to a semifinal — like what are we doing? That’s the piece where everybody’s at. There’s an enforcement of [Ferrelli], who just took an, but there’s not an enforcement of [Dottery], who was here for three years, and he’s been tampered with the entire time? What are we doing?”

Most of this is jibberish and I'm not sure he was sober when asked this question.

From what I could interpret from this drunk rant, he's saying that they committed a minor violation compared to what's happening in the CFB landscape, particularly regarding Dottery's decision to transfers.

How is texting a guy who just transferred to Clemson while he's in class and asking him to send you details of his contract so you can outdo it not blatant tampering?

If Lane tampered to get Dottery, then prove it. None of his current defensive staff was at Ole Miss during the CFP. He says Dottery was there 3 years and was "tampered with the entire time"? I didn't realize LSU and Lane had this all planned for so long.

If he thinks the Dottery situation is in any way comparable to the mess he's involved in, I'd be interested to learn how.

Basically he got caught cheating and now he’s trying to defect the attention to Lane. Just like their fanbase

This…. anything bad happening to Ole Miss right now is completely Lane‘s fault and will always be Lane‘s fault for the foreseeable future.

It's funny how so many Ole Miss fans were obsessed with Lane tampering with their roster and they immediately get hit with an NCAA investigation for that exact thing.

I guess my takeaways from his Dottery comments are:

Someone who was on a roster for 3 years that transfers was automatically tampered with.

Anyone who transfers from a CFP team has been tampered with.

Lane and LSU have been working together and tampering with Dottery for ... the last 3 years

If you think this is about Lane, you have no idea. Our players were contacted by every team thinking we were about to have a mass exodus, which didn't happen. We were one of the most tampered with teams.

Too many of you are ruled by your emotions.
