Sell, playing one sec team a year is completely different from a full season and no Texass and Okie fans top to bottom the SEC is a meat grinder in comparison to the Big 12. I would bet Texas isn't near as high in the Directors cup after 2024 either.

Well if history is any indicator, buy OU, sell Texass. If it is over the next 10, I'd say DEFINITELY OU.

Heard all this shite before when lil aggot came in and barnstormed your league in their first season with a roster full of mostly 3* BIG XII athletes.

You're lucky Kingsbury left and their QB play and offense fell off a cliff immediately.

Y'all really didn't need uncle Kliffy hanging around and finding anymore of those 3* QB kids nobody recruited and developing them into nightmares like he did with Johnny shitbag and also this three-offer loser:

And don't even get me started about Pinkel deciding to resign because he got tired of his players political bullshite. He had Mizzou going.

Based on what we saw in year 1 under this head coach, OC, QB, and DC, OU has a hell of a lot to prove. That was the biggest cluster F of a season we've had in decades.

This summer isn't really boding very well either. It appears our administration is gonna play tight*ss and not invest into facilities like we had hoped.

Luckily, our recruiting is still looking good.

We've opened up a new chapter in history called "NIL". I don't need a Wall Street resume to know where Texas is headed as a program over the next decade.

Their biggest weakness vs the market elites just became their biggest asset. That asset also has the ability to widen the gap as things develop. We haven't even seen the beast that theses collaboratives will become. Texas is a monster brand, wait til the Austin metro market hits 3M population and soon the corporate revenue leverage starts really factoring in.

Buying: OU. They never disappear for long. It’s a well-oiled machine there. I wish Mizzou approached its program the way OU always has.

Selling: Texas. All hat, no cattle.

Norman is ugly as hell compared to most other SEC cities, and SEC recruits will take notice

They always do. Yet you haven't won the Big 12 since 2009. How pathetic.

Agreed. Good thing Charlie Strong and Tom Herman are no longer around.

Not really. Texas could no longer lock down the state when Texas A&M moved to the SEC. Aggies started pulling more talent who wanted to play in the better conference. Talent that was usually split between Texas/OU was now split between Texas/OU/A&M while at the same time TCU joined and Baylor enjoyed a resurgence.

Every single A&M fan had an aneurysm when they found out we were coming because they knew this was the end of their recruiting advantage.

Oklahoma will dog paddle and survive in the middle of the pack.

Texas will sink to the bottom.
OU will stay, Texas will be looking to leave within 5 years.

Personally, I’d take Norman over College Station, Baton Rouge, Columbia, and Tuscaloosa for sure.

I like the suburbs of Austin better than Austin itself.
