Washington and Texas aren't in the CFP without the portal (Penix & Ewers).
Bama likely is the heavy favorite if they executed properly in the portal (replacing Milroe).
Studs weren't sitting out a year to transfer, the portal is a game changer.. especially in the case of rebuilds....
