Since the SEC is suing the state of Louisiana and LSU, I think the odds are it ends up in a New Orleans Federal District Court… with the grant of a change of venue by appellate federal court decision.
If the case ends up in a NOLA Federal district Court, the SEC will probably lose…
If the change of venue is not granted and the case stays in a federal Alabama court, all bets are off…
