Since the SEC is suing the state of Louisiana and LSU, I think the odds are it ends up in a New Orleans Federal District Court… with the grant of a change of venue by appellate federal court decision.
If the case ends up in a NOLA Federal district Court, the SEC will probably lose…
If the change of venue is not granted and the case stays in a federal Alabama court, all bets are off…

My god, college football has become a joke. Hell, when Henry Ruggs gets out of prison, we're sizing him back up in uniform to come back to Alabama.

The timing of all this sucks.
They are all getting paid so “professionalism” is not “pay for play.”
At some point, they’ve had multiple 25 yr olds play CFB in the past- even some who had played professional baseball.
But I’m not sure an “age limit” can be broadly applied since there are some people who join military or work and then decide to go to college later.
Let’s face it. CFB is and always has been “professional” athletes at the highest levels. Even in the early 1900s there were ringers.
On to the season.
