Should we really count nicknames? If so, there have been plenty of guys more more frequently referred to by a bad nickname than their real name. Pig Prather and Porkchop Womak. Refrigerator Perry. Dabo Swinney. "Bo" Jackson (literally a mispronunciation of the word Boar). At least Bo sounds normal, though.
I think funny given names are much more amusing. Like Yourhighness Morgan.
